Eligibility
- Registered enterprise operating in Maharashtra

- Land / lease documents
- Bank sanction letter
- PAN, GST & incorporation documents

- Register on the state single-window portal
- Submit application along with DPR & documents
- Department review & site verification
- Approval by State Level Committee
- Disbursal of incentives on milestone completion
